Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn footwear or accessories in their original branded box and include any provided packing slips.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label generated from our portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund within 7-10 business days.
